Among the company's flagship properties is Alrov Mamilla, linking Jerusalem's Old City to the new city.
As of December 31, 2011, the company owned 36 properties: two office buildings, two commercial centers, and an assisted living center in Israel; 19 office buildings, nine commercial centers, a distribution center, a logistics center and a combined office and commercial center abroad.

Luxury Hotels – Overseas
• The Conservatorium Hotel, located in Amsterdam, is part of Alrov’s international expansion strategy. It is a 5-star lifestyle luxury hotel with 130 suites and rooms and 1,000 square meters of commercial space for upscale stores. Beginning in December 2011, the hotel is being opened in stages.
• Cafe Royal Hotel is being redeveloped as a 160-room 5-star lifestyle hotel with 16,000 square meters of retail space. The hotel is expected to be operational in the third quarter of 2012. In 2008, Alrov purchased the Cafe Royal block on Regent Street in the heart of London.
• Lutetia Hotel, located on the Left Bank in Paris, was purchased in 2010. It is one of the six Parisian Palace Hotels. The hotel covers 21,250 square meters and includes 231 rooms and suites, event halls, a business center, restaurants and a spa. The Lutetia Hotel recently celebrated its 100th anniversary in which time it has hosted many famous people and been part of major historical and political events. It is the only former palace on the left bank and a classic example of art-deco architecture.
Business Stratey and Expected Developments in the Coming Years
Group revenue from rent and operation of hotels has increased in the past ten years (between 2001 – 2011) at an average rate of approximately 22.5% per year. The company’s aim is for the average growth rate of these parameters during 2011 – 2016 to be between 18% - 20%.

Es wird als ein 5-Sterne-Lifestyle-Luxus-Hotel mit 130 Suiten und Zimmern sowie 1.000 m² Geschäftsbereich für hochwertige Läden geplant. Es wird erwartet, dass das Hotel bis ende November 2011 betriebsbereit sein wird.

Es handelt sich bei diesem Hotel um den einzigen ehemaligen Palast auf dem linken Ufer und um ein klassisches Beispiel für Art-Deco-Architektur.
