Leumi Mortgage bank Ltd. is the oldest mortgage bank in Israel. The bank's activity is concentrated in the retail market - individuals wishing to purchase apartments or other real estate, young couples, new immigrants etc. In addition, the bank provides retail credit secured by a mortgage on an existing asset. The Bank provides the following types of loans: index-linked with fixed or floating rates of interest; unlinked with interest; and loans in US dollars.
