Israeli Operations
Out of IBC’s 1.87 million square meters, the company owns approximately 1.37 million square meters of built-up space in Israel, across some 70 cities from Metula to Eilat.
The company is a pacesetter in the field of income-yielding real estate, with a reputation for efficient management and dependable service to its thousands of tenants, including governmental ministries and leading corporations. IBC's diverse properties include tailor made buildings, custom-built according to tenant specifications, such as Lumenis, Orange, Amdocs, Bezeq International, Shufersal, Freescale and ECI, as well as seven shopping centers throughout Israel, which comprise leisure activities and services under the "One" brand.
In addition, IBC develops and constructs residential projects. Its three major projects are the Tel Aviv Towers, the Marom Hasharon neighborhood and the Tel Aviv on the Park (with a potential of approximately 900 residential units).
IBC is also active in the planning and management of infrastructure development for industrial, residential and tourism projects for governmental ministries, municipalities and the Israel Land Administration.
Overseas Activities
With 499,000 square meters of income-yielding property worldwide, the Company has expanded its foreign operations to various global real estate markets. IBC's worldwide activities include, among others, approximately 162,000 square meters of commercial centers and apartments for rent in Canada; approximately 242,000 square meters of commercial centers, offices, gas stations, a logistics center and a residential project in Germany; approximately 69,000 square meters of commercial centers, offices and storage in Switzerland and Holland; two office buildings of approximately 18,000 square meters in Atlanta, Georgia and 8,600 square meters of logistics centers in France. The Company has additional investments through subsidiaries operating in Russia, India and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
IBC is currently planning to construct a number of luxury residences in New York City, such as the Franklin and Read streets projects in Tribeca and “Second Avenue 950”. In addition, together with a local partner, the Company has commenced constructing a luxury project in Bangkok, Thailand, which combines a residential skyscraper, a hotel and a mall.
