Paz operates via three customer-focused business divisions, designed to promote growth and development:
Retail and Wholesale - Paz is Israel's largest operator of gas stations and has the fastest growing convenience store chain in Israel. Paz has 275 petrol stations across Israel and more than 234 convenience stores under the Yellow brand. Yellow convenience stores provide 24/7 service to the public, offering fresh food, coffee corners, top up products, Internet access, cash withdrawal, parking tickets and more. Paz considers the Yellow chain to be one of its growth engines. Paz, through its subsidiary "Pazomat," is Israel's largest provider of electronic self-service fuel filling systems. Paz is also a major wholesaler of oil products to industrial, commercial, and domestic customers in Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
Refining and Logistics - The Ashdod Oil refinery, a 90,000 barrel per day cracking refinery, is one of Israel's two oil refineries and is responsible for the production of about 40% of the country's consumed distillate oil products. The acquisition of the refinery in 2006 made Paz the first Israeli company to vertically integrate both refining and marketing activities. About 60% of the refinery's output is sold to customers, through Paz and its subsidiaries. The refinery operates on natural gas and adheres to strict environmental standards.
Paz has adopted a significant investment plan to enhance the profitability and product mix of its refinery. Between 2011 and 2012, Paz will invest about $290 million in four main projects: (1) "Ora 2012," aimed at enhancing the refinery's high value-added product mix and increasing its output to approximately 5.2 million tons of crude oil per year, (2) building an alkylation facility, (3) building a second Cogeneration power station and (4) increasing Paz’s containerization capacity. These projects are expected to generate additional annual operating profit of about $80 million a year starting from 2013.
Industries and Services – Paz produces and markets oil residual products and solar energy and engages in recycling through its market leading subsidiaries:
Pazgas - Israel's largest supplier of LPG (cooking gas) for domestic and industrial use.
Pazkar - produces and markets waterproofing membranes (bitumen), coatings and adhesives used by infrastructure and construction companies in domestic and international markets.
Paz Lubricants & Chemicals - manufactures, recycles and markets lubricant and solvent products for industrial and automotive use.
Paz Aviation Services and Assets - provides fueling and storage services to local and international airlines.
Paz Solar - initiates, markets, sells and installs solar PV (photovoltaic) systems for industrial, commercial and agricultural use.
Mr. Fogel joined Paz in 2007 as CEO of the company. Mr. Fogel serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Paz Industries and Services and Paz Ashdod oil refinery. He holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a Masters degree in Psychology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem

The use of natural gas significantly reduces the emission of contaminants to the environment, and is economical in terms of energy costs. |

Paz ist auch einer der wichtigsten Großhändler von Ölerzeugnissen für die Industrie, das Gewerbe und Haushalte in Israel und der Palästinensischen Behörde.
Raffinerie und Logistik - Die Raffinerie Ashdod Oil ist mit 90.000 Barrel raffiniertem Öl täglich eine der zwei Ölraffinerien Israels und verantwortlich für die Produktion von etwa 40% der landesweit verbrauchten Distillierölerzeugnisse.
